I've been here nearly 100 times this year, and it's still as good as the first time. The quality is amazing. I always feel taken care of here--the service is great. The meat? It's incredible. Always cooked perfectly. The outdoor seating is such a fun spot in the summer. Seriously, just go.

I ordered the chicken kabob & kubideh combination plate, my husband ordered the Mahiche (lamb shank.) Of course we tried each other's dishes & agreed that everything was incredible & perfectly cooked. The restaurant had nice decor & we sat by the fish tank, but we got a little annoyed as they seated a couple right next to us (with a mostly empty restaurant) and their child was running around past our table and banging on the fish tank... sort of killed the mood. I don't know why they could t seat them anywhere else. I wanted to mention, I was telling the waiter how I was so sad & homesick, missing my grandmother's cooking, bummed they didn't have tahdig on the menu... this man walked over a few minutes later with a small plate of tahdig. I almost cried as this was such a kind gesture & made this experience more special.

Looks newly renovated. Clean & modern with an outside covered space. The wait staff knew the menu and were very helpful answering questions and making recommendations. There were 4 of us for lunch on a Sunday. We all had Mediterranean dishes, very delicious. A true find! I am GF = no problem. The portions were generous we took some home . We will definitely be back!

Let's start with the food. Chicken kebabs excellent. Rice is rice with some fruit or berries on top. Bread is a typical type of pita. The eggplant dip Kashk Bademjan was different but very good. The cucumber yogurt was good. The tzatziki sauce was just okay. It needed more garlic. The habanero margarita was not good. The house lemonade was very good, but the star drink was the SPICED TEA! You have to love cardamom to like the spice tea. This place could be a bit cleaner and the location is hard to find. I would definitely eat here again.

Although there used to be another Persian / Mediterreanian Restaurant in this location before, this is a newer establishment, under new ownership and management. We stopped here for lunch with a couple of friends on Friday at noon... right as they open. The place was empty with no other customers besides the three of us. This is a large restaurant with plenty of seating. They seem to have a large bar as well. We ordered three of the Persian specialty foods, typically served at restaurants... the Ground Beef Kabob, the Chicken Kabob and the Barg Kabob. All were served with fluffy Saffron covered Basmati rice, a grilled tomato and of course each was served the appropriate kabob. The quality and quantity of all the items were very good. The Kabobs were served hot and were flavorful. We will have to come back to try the rest of their menu items.

This tucked away Persian restaurant has the standard menu with good service and a nice outdoor seating area. For the lamb shank you might need to order ahead a day or so.

I've been coming here for many years. Even though the ownership has changed hands, the food has been consistently outstanding Pre-pandemic their lunch buffet was the best in the area. I highly recommend the kabobs with Basmati rice. Both the beef and chicken kabobs are large. They taste like they were marinated in unique blends of herbs and spices for a very long time. You must try their Basmati rice It's made in the Middle Eastern tradition of cooking with oil, which makes it healthier and keeps the individual grains from sticking. House made hummus and babaganoush with pita bread are also delightful. The dining room expands out into a light blue tented deck offering both indoor and outdoor dining. Conveniently located across the street from PCC makes it easy to find. I hope you give them a try.
